This is not a tools problem. Every platform on the market sends the same templated reminder to every customer on a fixed schedule, from an address the customer does not recognize. That works for the easy ones. It does nothing for the invoices that actually need attention.

The follow-up that collects depends on the customer: how they’ve paid before, when they respond, how far past due they are, and who the email comes from.

Where we are now

Chasivo is live and functional. The dashboard, invoicing, customer management, AI follow-up drafts, risk scoring, cash flow forecasting, and Gmail OAuth sending all work. We are gradually enabling external integrations. The product is soft-launched, which means you’re getting in early enough to shape where it goes.

Data is stored in EU-West infrastructure. We don’t see your invoices. Your messages are encrypted at rest using AES-256 symmetric encryption so we can’t read them.
